Privacy

We collect only what we need to run your stay: your name, email, phone number, the dates and guests you book, and anything you tell us in a message. We use it to confirm and manage your booking, to send your check-in details and to answer your questions. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.

Payments. Card payments are taken by Stripe on its own secure page. Your card details are never sent to or stored by us. Stripe tells us whether a payment succeeded.

Who else sees it. Only the people who manage SkyHaus, and the service providers that run this site and send its emails, for those purposes.

Cookies. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by contacting us. We keep booking records as long as the law requires for tax and accommodation purposes.
